Shipping & Tracking
All orders are processed and shipped through trusted logistics partners. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking details serve as confirmation that your order is in transit.
International Shipping
Lyavi ships worldwide.
International delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, inspections, duties, taxes, and local carrier operations. Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs-related delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds, returns, chargebacks, or shipping reimbursements.
Missing, Damaged, or Not Received Orders
Claims regarding missing or damaged items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and must include supporting documentation such as photographs, packaging evidence, and order details.
Damage to external packaging alone does not qualify for a replacement or refund if the product itself remains intact and functional.
If tracking information shows an order as "Delivered", responsibility transfers to the recipient. Customers must work directly with the shipping carrier and provide proof of loss where applicable.
Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for review.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.
Once order processing or fulfillment has begun, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During high-volume periods, promotions, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Shipping confirmation and tracking information constitute confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
