Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in its original packaging where possible
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if worn, washed, altered, damaged, or missing original tags.
Proof of purchase is required for all return and exchange requests.

Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive defective, damaged, or with a manufacturing fault.
Size exchanges may be approved for eligible full-price items, subject to stock availability.
